📦 Shipping Policy

• Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 working days.
• Shipping Method: We ship via Royal Mail Delivery for reliable and efficient service.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping is free on all items, except those in the Next Day Delivery category.
• Order Changes: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• Production Time: Hermès products require an additional 5–7 days for production before shipping.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

• No Returns or Exchanges: At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, you will receive a full refund.
• Incorrect or Damaged Items: Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if your item is damaged or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

🏷️ Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Exceptional Cases

In rare or extenuating circumstances, we may approve an exchange outside of the standard policy. In such cases:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• The customer must also cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

These situations are reviewed case by case, and additional instructions will be provided if applicable.
